Baker Young works effectively with our medical partners to implement facility expansions, renovations, or ongoing maintenance programs. As a Program Managers, we provide guidance in selecting Architects, General Contractors, or Construction Managers, and we manage the master project budget in order to advance the master facility plan.
Baker Young’s experience acting as Program Manager and Facility Manager on over 2,000,000 square feet of medical facilities currently under our control enhances our knowledge and ability to guide our medical clients on projects ranging from leading edge Operating Room Suites to patient room renovations and mechanical support spaces.
We act as Program Manager for approximately $10 million in new and renovation projects each year that are strictly related to Baker Young’s medical facility management. Baker Young also provides medical lease management services for clients who wish to increase compliance with the Stark regulations. Our staff performs monthly Life Safety Inspections and semi-annual mock JCAHO Inspection Surveys of all the medical properties we manage.
